Guy won't wear airline's baggage fee, wears 70 clothing items instead
12/18/2012A man preparing to board a flight to Nairobi, Kenya from China's Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport went to unusual lengths to avoid paying the airline's extra baggage charge. The unidentified man reportedly removed 70 items of clothing from his overweight luggage, putting on 60 shirts and nine pairs of jeans. While he may have avoided paying extra, the man was pulled up at the metal detector where he was forced to undergo a full body search. Presumably, he'll be taking out the top award for Stubbornness at the Airport Weirdness Awards 2012. We'd vote for him. [Source]
