Marco Rubio carved up President Barack Obama's State of the Union address with the official Republican counter-attack, he started to choke on a few of his talking points, thanks to a dry throat. Luckily, he was prepared, and not only did he quench his thirst, but the water peddlers at Poland Spring got a product placement out of it.
