Pot growers reportedly tried to bribe neighbors with Starbucks cards
2/20/2013San Francisco police recently shut down an (alleged!) grow house (the building is pictured above), making four arrests in the process and seizing over 500 plants and bags of weed. The uniquely City by the Bay twist on the story? Neighbors say that the apparent head of the operation offered neighbors Starbucks gift cards in exchange for their silence regarding the operation. Apparently, at least one area man was stiffed during the venti-bribery spree; "The Examiner" quotes the disgruntled individual as saying, "Where the f*ck is my gift card?" Oh, San Fran.
