10 pounds of pot delivered to Kmart has everyone baffled
2/1/2013On Monday, staff at a Kmart store in Aurora, north Seattle, received a package wrapped in garbage bags, shipping foam and cleaning-fluid-soaked pages from a Korean newspaper. Its contents: 10 pounds of marijuana. Yes, pot is legal in Washington now — but the package began its journey in Los Angeles and was meant to have been delivered to an undisclosed address in Philadelphia. For reasons unknown, whoever sent the package listed the address of the Kmart store. Writing on the Seattle Police Department's website, spokesperson Jonah Spangenthal-Lee joked that the weed was "today's blue light special." [Source]
