Homeowner fights back when teens get on her lawn, steal holiday lights
12/6/2012Here's a story for anyone who hates teenagers in that simmering, get-off-my-lawn way familiar to Clint Eastwood in "Gran Torino." Marissa Clausen of Humpty Doo, Australia, was minding her own business at home when she spotted three teens take off with a strip of her holiday lights. Clausen ran outside and stationed herself in front of their getaway car, ultimately climbing onto the hood. She didn't expect them to take off, she said, but they did. She clung on until they stopped, dropped the lights out the window and allowed her to get off the car. "I think they were scared of the crazy woman on the [hood]," Clausen says. [Source]
