Conflict is raging after Gabby Giffords' husband posted a pic of himself buying a semi-automatic rifle at a police supply store in Tucson, Ariz., as well as a pistol. Mark Kelly, married to the ex-congresswoman shot in 2011, claims he bought the firearms to illustrate lax rules about background checks.
