Christmas justice reunites 7-year-old girl with her stolen dog

But Tina Cohen grew suspicious when she came across a man selling a fluffy spaniel on a Manhattan street corner and shelled out $200 for it. After a trip to the vet to have the dog scanned for an identifying microchip, Marley was reunited on Christmas with 7-year-old Mia Bendray. Police have arrested Brad Bacon, who appears to be the man caught on security video pilfering the pooch. Now, for a real happy ending, maybe people can be persuaded to stop tethering their poor dogs on the sidewalk while they shop and dine. [Source]
