FedEx sued for allegedly giving woman's address to drug dealers

Even if you're one of those people who hates frivolous lawsuits, you might find yourself siding with the lawsuit filer on this one. FedEx reportedly erroneously delivered 7 pounds of marijuana to a woman in Massachusetts. That's annoying but nothing to get litigious about. The problem came when FedEx also allegedly gave Maryangela Tobin's address to the intended pot recipients so they could go pick it up from her house themselves. Because not everyone likes having drug users show up on their front doorstep, Tobin called police, and arrests were made.
