11/7/2012Dude, Massachusetts voters overwhelmingly approved the use of medical marijuana — the 18th state in the country to do so. The move also makes bummer killjoy New Hampshire the only New England state to hold out on some form of legalization. Despite persistent fear that legalization for medical use will spark black market resale, Massachusetts voters have decided that strict marijuana laws are outdated. Recreational and medical marijuana issues are on the ballot in six states this election, including Oregon and Colorado. [Source]
