US CEO instructs France: 'Keep [your] so-called workers'

2/20/2013

Like two bickering rivals, Titan International CEO Maurice "The Grizz" Taylor (yes, that's really his nickname) and French industry minister Arnaud "Not Arnold" Montebourg are locking horns over France's work ethic (or lack thereof). When asked if Titan would be interested in buying a French Goodyear factory, Taylor responded with a letter that reads, in part, "The French workforce gets paid high wages but works only three hours. They get one hour for breaks and lunch, talk for three and work for three. You can keep the so-called workers." Montebourg, for his part, declined to respond just yet, telling reporters, "Don't worry, there will be a response. It's better written down." We can't wait. [Source]
