This sausage double-beef burger is the latest meal dreamed up in the fast-food giant's kitchens: two beef patties and two fat sausages slathered in mustard on what appears to be a pretzel bun. Sorry, meat-lovers (we know you're drooling), this sizzling monstrosity is only available at McDonald's China. Can't resist? You might as well shove one of these meaty treats directly into your arteries and bypass your mouth altogether. The burger is reasonably priced at around $2.82, so at least you'll have plenty of cash left over to pay your doctors' bills. [Source]
