Overall, the intel was unexpectedly positive and the few scandalous nuggets were barely worthy of a raised eyebrow. Among the worst revelations: some co-workers sell weed in the parking lot and the unpopular grilled chicken items sometimes sit under heat lamps for hours. Good-to-know information includes: he's never witnessed anyone put anything into the food as "that would be "the biggest d*** move ever." The worker also shares the unsurprising news that customer antics are far and away the biggest problem of the job and that the secret to keeping cool is to "never, ever underestimate the ignorance of the customer." Duh.
