Megadeth handles Christmas card plagiarism case with surprising calm

You might expect a thrash metal band like Megadeth to, say, rip off a guy's head if someone tried to cheat them. So far, though, a dustup over the band's annual Christmas card illustration contest seems to be proceeding with remarkably little violence. This year's winner has been accused of ripping off another artist's work, and the band has released a rather placid-sounding statement saying they're investigating: "We stand by the fact that [the winner] is innocent until proven guilty, and if our winner did indeed use someone else's artwork, we will be notifying the second place winner to award him the first place prize." [Source]
