Mel Gibson admits he has a temper, then rants some more

After years of leaked recordings of his hurling vile racial slurs, threatening to kill his baby's mother and raging most recently against screenwriter Joe Eszterhas, Mel Gibson thinks he can downplay it with a little cheeky understatement. During an appearance on "The Tonight Show," he told Jay Leno, "Maybe you don't know this about me, but I've got a little bit of a temper." Ha ha ha! Get off our TV screen, you racist, sexist, people-hating weirdo! Ha ha ha! It's funny because it's true. Gibson also further defended his tirade, saying that if Ezterhas had put half the effort into his screenplay that he poured into a nine-page letter condemning Gibson, "we wouldn't be having this discussion."
