Cops say mom called 911 to 'scare the sh*t' out of her kids

Melissa Townsend of Indian Harbour Beach, Fla., has been arrested for allegedly calling 911 and asking cops to come round and "scare the sh*t" out of her children, ages 1 and 3. According to reports, she called authorities on Tuesday and said, "They're not listening to me and they need to learn respect" (apparently not from her). She was told that wouldn’t be possible, because that's not usually what law enforcement does, but police ended up paying her a visit anyway.
