Men arrested for bizarre crime of catching fish by hand

If we've said it once, we've said it a thousand times: You can't go around noodling catfish in old bathtubs and expect to get away with it. Four Iowa men will appear in court on catfish-noodling charges next month after getting caught taking flathead catfish out of the water by hand (that's what "noodling" means, apparently) and with a gaff hook as the fish were laying and guarding their eggs in modified old bathtubs set up to house the fish in the Des Moines River. A search of one of the men's homes turned up about 174 pounds of catfish fillets. Dude must have had one big freezer; now it sounds like he and his pals may land in the cooler.
