But Olympic gold-medal hog Michael Phelps is back in open dating waters, it seems, after pulling the plug on his romance with Megan Rossee, an aspiring famous person whose talent seemed mostly to be posting pictures of herself with Phelps on Twitter. Some cryptic tweets from her over the holidays, however, suggested there had been a split, and now reports say Phelps decided the relationship "wasn't going anywhere."
