Michelle Obama surprises by choosing a Jason Wu dress again

1/22/2013

It's been a day of change for first lady Michelle Obama – wardrobe changes. No one really cares that the president changed from a suit into a tux, but as the Obamas made their way into the Commander in Chief's Ball, all anyone could focus on what Mrs. Obama chose as the night's eveningwear. The first lady turned heads in a ruby-colored chiffon and velvet gown by designer Jason Wu, the same designer she chose for her husband's first inauguration. She wore shoes by Jimmy Choo and a ring by Kimberly McDonald. Earlier in the day, the first lady wore a dress and coat from Thom Browne. After tonight, we wouldn't be surprised if she just wore a pair of sweats for a few days.
