The confusing quotes come from a cover story in the magazine's March 2013 issue: "I'm happy I don't have to date anymore," she says. "I’m so happy I’m married, because ... guys are cruel!" Cyrus, 20, is just engaged to actor Liam Hemsworth — and a "source" allegedly close to the star confirms that the couple hasn't made a surprise beeline for the altar.
