Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth now have complementary his-and-hers tattoos: two inspirational quotes from a 1910 Teddy Roosevelt speech, scrawled in sorta hard-to-read script across the insides of their arms. Cyrus got her ink in July, and Hemsworth just revealed his, still red from the needle, on Instagram.
