'Celebrity Rehab' under scrutiny after McCready is fifth star to die
2/18/2013As the apparent suicide of country star and "Celebrity Rehab" participant Mindy McCready sinks in today, people are wondering whether the controverisial reality show is a curse or just an honest window into the deadly dangers of addiction. McCready is the fifth former participant to die after appearing on the show hosted by Dr. Drew Pinsky. So does the program simply reflect the difficult path to recovery for substance abusers, or is it actively failing its stars? [Source]
