Mindy McCready reportedly killed late boyfriend's dog before suicide

Adding another layer of sadness to an already tragic story, Mindy McCready reportedly shot and killed her late boyfriend's dog before turning the gun on herself on Sunday. The pup's body was found lying beside McCready's on the front porch of her Heber Springs, Ark., home, according to Cleburne County Sheriff Marty Moss. McCready’s boyfriend, David Wilson, was found dead in an apparent self-inflicted shooting last month, also on the front porch, though it was never officially ruled a suicide and there was speculation about McCready's involvement.
