It's 'doubtful' Mitt Romney tuned in to today's inauguration
1/21/2013Today was probably a bittersweet day for Mitt Romney. After all, he came pretty close to being the guy on the Capitol steps, taking the oath of office. So on Monday, when President Obama was sworn in for a second term, what was Romney up to? Not watching the inauguration, that's for sure. The Romneys are hanging out in La Jolla, Calif., and when NBC News' Peter Alexander asked if the couple would be watching today's ceremony, the answer from a former aide was "doubtful."
