Romney stands by 'off the cuff' comments in leaked video

Mitt Romney hastily arranged a press conference Monday night to address the leaked video that has provoked an online firestorm. The presidential wannabe stood by the comments he made in the clip, in which he characterized Obama supporters as people who "believe they are victims" and "pay no income tax," among other things — but he admitted the remarks were made "off the cuff" and "not elegantly stated."
