Model busted for nudity suing the NYPD
6/20/2012A model arrested last year for posing in Times Square in her birthday suit is now planning to sue the NYPD, claiming that her civil rights were violated. Zoe West, 22, was picked up by cops last August when she removed all her clothing while taking part in artist Andy Golub's public body-painting exhibition. West's lawyer, Ron Kuby, jokingly (we think) claims that his client "wasn't really naked" because "she was wearing a coat of paint" at the time of her arrest. No charges were filed, but the model is now seeking damages. New York's Finest should lighten up. Who's next, the Naked Cowboy?
Would you pose naked for art?
