In her remarks at the Republican convention, Ann Romney went on record as a fan of the ABC sitcom “Modern Family.” Anyone who’s watched the show knows that a gay couple figures prominently on it – and anyone who’s read a newspaper knows that Romney’s husband has spoken out against gay marriage. It’s a conundrum that didn’t go unnoticed by the show’s creator, Steve Levitan, who tweeted: “We'll offer her the role of officiant at Mitch & Cam's wedding. As soon as it's legal.” If Mitt Romney is elected, that may not be anytime soon.[Source]
