Mom refuses to take back abandoned disabled daughter

A mom is making headlines for abandoning her mentally disabled daughter in another state, and then refusing to take her back. Believe it or not, the police are powerless to charge her with any crime for dumping the unwanted girl like garbage, because she isn't a minor.

Illinois resident Eva Cameron, let Lynn, 19, out of her car at a Tennessee bar to use the bathroom -- then she just drove away, according to police. She reportedly chose to desert her there, as the state has the "No. 1 health care system in the United States of America." Aww, thanks for caring, mom!
