Disney is developing a subdivision just three miles from Disney World in Orlando, but the homes aren't for typical families, and they come with a hefty price tag. The houses in Golden Oak cost between $1.5 million to $8 million, according to real estate news site Inman News. The upscale community is gated and guarded, providing security for the affluent homebuyers. There are other perks to living in the community, such as three years of unlimited VIP access to the parks for the homeowner and four guests, door-to-park van service and access to special events.
Would you live there?

The people making nasty comments about Disney are those who are scum of the earth and can't afford the tickets or the prices. One thing I noticed, looking back on my recent visit, there were no nasty thug wanna be trash like blacks or nasty Mexicans and if they were- they had a civilized nature. Wow, the more I think of it- now I truly know why it is the happiest place on earth.
