Mom has deceased husband keep her and the kids company for three years

A woman in Russia apparently had trouble adjusting to life as a widow, reportedly keeping her husband's dead body for three years in a bed in her apartment. Even more disturbingly, she told her five kids to talk to their dad and even "feed" him. The home-schooled children humored their mom, but when the family moved to another town, they supposedly had to dispose of their father's corpse. Parts of the body (which reports say they left in a garbage bin) broke off, presumably leading to the whole crazy state of affairs being uncovered. Police investigators said although the mother obviously wasn't all there, the kids were "still mentally healthy." Maybe someone should check in with them every few years nonetheless. [Source]
