Multitasking man gets married at his jail sentencing
9/15/2012Weddings are an expensive endeavor, what with the dress, the cake, the tux, renting a venue and paying the DJ. One surefire way to cut costs: Get married at your jail sentencing. Larry Allen Austin, 29, of Oklahoma City, did just that. District Judge Jerry Bass handed Austin a 4-year prison sentence for possessing firearms, then wed him and his longtime girlfriend, Dustie Dawn Trojack, 31, before shipping Austin off to jail. The couple's two children were in attendance. No word about whether or not the bride wore white, but the groom wore an orange jumpsuit. [Source]
