Meet the 'Rocky' of climbing on a Philadelphia bus while naked

Philadelphia might be the City of Brotherly Love, but this dude is being way too open with his fellow man. The footage, captured in November by local barbershop owner Lou Luciano, shows a naked gentleman mounting the bicycle rack of a Philly city bus with boxer shorts on his head. However, the naked man — who presumably is mentally ill, is drunk, lost a bet or all three — takes objection to being filmed. He takes off after Luciano, and he runs fast for a shoeless dude in an urban environment. We would have an athlete on our hands if he weren't, you know, nuts. But maybe he'll still be in the hunt for a pro career if the Eagles take a page out of the Jets' book and start finding players on YouTube. [Source]
