Naked sand sculpture raising eyebrows on family beach

You can see a whole lot of skin on the beaches of America this summer, but God help anyone who shows off some naked sand. Canadian Guy-Olivier Deveau created a beautiful nude woman out of sand for a big-time annual sculpting competition in Hampton Beach, N.H. Well, some folks weren’t happy with the nudity; one person even complained that such a “pornographic” thing shouldn’t be seen at a family beach. The competition’s organizer has told the whiners to get over it, but the event’s sponsors would like the artists to be more discreet next year.
