Did the new Congress kick off with a Photoshop debacle?

Message to congresswomen: Don't be late to your group photo. If you are, you might need to be Photoshopped into the image later, setting off the dinging bells of conspiracy theorists across the country. Pundits today carped about a group photo of women serving in the House of Representatives. Four reps were late to the photo shoot, and a House of Representatives photographer told them he would Photoshop them in later. The Atlantic Wire said that House Minority Leader Nancy "Pelosi's office resorted to the favorite tool of propagandists world-wide: Photoshop." [Source]
