NASA concocts drink that could reverse signs of aging
5/28/2012NASA has created a drink that could reportedly turn you into Benjamin Button. The antioxidant-packed fruit juice "AS10" was originally created for astronauts to reduce their exposure to solar radiation in space, but in a six-month study here on Earth it reduced UV spots under the skin by an average of 30 percent and wrinkles by 17 percent. Simply put, it will make your face look younger. Doctors aren't yet convinced that it's more effective than using 50 SPF sunscreen on a daily basis, but a larger study is planned for this summer. At roughly $500 for a four-month supply, "AS10" isn't cheap, but if time is money, it could certainly be cash well-spent.
Would you pay $500 for the drink if it worked?
