NASCAR truck driver gets nailed in sex sting

3/16/2012

Mario Gosselin hasn't been too active on the NASCAR truck circuit of late, but he seems to be interested in getting busy. The 40-year-old Florida racer and team owner was among 47 people nabbed in a sting staged by the Polk County sheriff's office, who said the people were busted after they answered online ads for sex; Gosselin was charged with soliciting prostitution. His driving career seemed to peter out after 2010, when his highlights had been a sixth-place finish in Nashville and throwing a hunk of brake hose after being crashed by Joe Aramendia, but he had been scheduled to crew for Russ Dugger for a limited slate in 2012. At least he's appears to be keeping good company off the track: Others arrested in the sting included a doctor, a pharmacist and a retired IRS agent.
