NASCAR's Danica wants to be called 'pretty,' not 'sexy'
2/17/2012Danica Patrick told a throng of reporters yesterday that she'd rather be considered "pretty" than "sexy." "If there is a pretty girl, (reporters) don't know how to describe her other than being sexy. It has such a negative connotation to it," said the stock car driver, per a USA Today report. The news might come as a surprise to Patrick's fans, who are used to seeing her in those racy GoDaddy.com ads, or in the Sports Illustrated swimsuit issue, or doing photo shoots for FHM magazine, or... you get the picture. Patrick, who joined big-money NASCAR this year despite exactly one win to her name on the IndyCar circuit, says she'd prefer any term "without the word 'sex' in it."
