Man calls 911, reports tools stolen that he allegedly used in burglary
2/28/2013A Florida man reportedly broke into an ex-Mountie's home, was repelled with Windex and then called 911 to report his own burglary tools missing (got all that?). Nathaniel Smith allegedly broke into Jacques Baillargon's condo with a crowbar and gun, but Baillargon, a veteran of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, sprayed Smith in the eyes with Windex and disarmed him. Police say Smith fled and later called 911 to report someone had stolen his robbery tools. "The tools that we [used to fix] my brother's girlfriend's car, it's a small crowbar, a miniature crowbar, my black skully was with my book bag, my wallet’s missing, everything," he said in the 911 call released by authorities.
