Mom arrested after neighbors find her son wandering drunk and naked

Nedra Byrd, a 31-year-old Florida woman, is a new front-runner for Worst Mom in the Solar System, if reports of her startlingly incompetent style of parenting prove true. The Hernando County Sheriff's Office recently had the pleasure of arresting Byrd after neighbors came upon her 10-year-old son wandering drunk and naked around their Spring Hill, Fla., neighborhood. When authorities showed up at Byrd’s home, she was reportedly passed out, and they found a half-empty bottle of brandy on the kitchen counter.
