New book dishes (big) on life with world's tallest dog
4/11/2012Giant George, the Guinness-certified world's tallest dog, stands nearly five feet tall on all fours. He's been on "Oprah," has a huge Facebook and YouTube following, and weighs 245 pounds -- so you could definitely call him a big star. Now, he's published a tell-all, runt-to-riches story, "Giant George: Life with the World's Biggest Dog," released this week. The book, penned by the extra-large pooch's owner, Dave Nasser, tells how George wreaked utter havoc as a pup, soon requiring Dave to fetch the "biggest dog crate available on the market" - the Colossus. And alas, writes Nasser, the big lug needs his own queen bed. According to advance reviews, the book's not arf bad. Sorry.
Would you want a pet as big as George?
