Watch New Yorkers celebrate when the power comes back on

After five demoralizing days without power, the lights came back on yesterday for the Lower East Side of New York. The roar of jubilation was on par with a Game 7 World Series win on the same day as the announcement of a comprehensive tax rebate. Somewhere, out of sight, we hope New York's happiest utility crew on Earth was popping open some hard-earned beers, especially given all the other drama there right now (gas shortage, anyone?).
