New Zealand is taking its "Hobbit" legacy very seriously this season as Peter Jackson's newest big-screen adaptation of J.R.R. Tolkien's book heads into theaters. As a way to spice up the local news (and tie in with the flick), one station opted to have its local weather report done entirely in Elvish. More specifically, the Elvish language of Sindarin, which is typically spoken only among Elves and friends of Elves. So how are things outside?
