Church bomb threat brings even more terror to Newtown
12/16/2012A bomb threat at a church in Newtown, Conn., has added yet more grief and fear to an already devastated community. Worshipers rushed out of the St. Rose of Lima Church on Sunday morning, located about a mile from Sandy Hook Elementary School, saying they were told there had been a bomb threat. A monsignor also reported an anonymous caller saying, "I'm coming to kill." More than a dozen police in camouflage SWAT gear and carrying guns arrived, though as yet there have been no official reports about the threat or any evacuation. Churches throughout the Newtown area were packed with grief-stricken locals this Sunday, attempting to make sense of the shooting tragedy that left 27 people dead. [Source]
