Luxury retailer Nordstrom comes out in support of gay marriage

Nordstrom has issued a memo to employees explaining that the luxury retailer is taking a stand in favor of gay marriage because it's consistent with the company's "long-time philosophy of inclusivity and equality." "We gave this thoughtful consideration and felt the time was right to come out in support of this civil rights issue," wrote execs Blake, Erik and Pete Nordstrom.
