Kim Jong-un is crazy. This is conjecture, but he is the Supreme Leader of North Korea, which puts you in the 99th percentile of cray-cray world leaders. To wit, his country is impoverished and in the midst of another food shortage, and he wants to build mini-golf courses. Don’t forget about the dolphins. Que? Oh, nothing, just this state-of-the-art dolphinarium filled with imported dolphins instead of, say, wheat to feed a starving populace. According to The Atlantic, the dolphinarium is yet another product of the North Korean propaganda machine, intended to reinforce the narrative the regime has advanced of being a wealthy country.
