The latest video released by North Korea Sunday on YouTube shows President Obama and American troops in flames. It ends with a simulated nuclear explosion and credits the U.S. with North Korea's recent nuclear test in a message translated by the New York Times thus: "It is not incorrect to say that the United States' gangster-like policy of hostility prompted us to become a most strong military power.
