Few surprises as North Korea plans third nuke test aimed at USA

1/24/2013

Security Council sanctions over North Korea's December rocket launch, the country has declared it will continue to do whatever it pleases, with its nuclear ambitions aimed squarely at the United States. "We are not disguising the fact that the various satellites and long-range rockets that we will fire and the high-level nuclear test we will carry out are targeted at the United States," the National Defence Commission said. In response, our guys have politely asked them to refrain from a third nuclear test. "We hope they don't do it. We call on them not do it," said Glyn Davies, U.S. envoy for North Korean diplomacy. "This is not a moment to increase tensions on the Korean Peninsula." [Source]
