That's what they call the Ryugyong, the monstrous hulk in Pyongyang, North Korea, that's been under construction for a mere 26 years. It's also been called the "Worst Building in the History of Mankind" and "hideously ugly, even by communist standards," and is a monument not only to misspent millions but reportedly poor construction, as well.
