North Korea's awesome new website cost about $15
4/18/2012North Korea probably blew so much of its budget on that failed rocket launch that it didn't have a lot left over when it came to creating a flashy official English-language website. A computer science student at Fordham University discovered during his assignment to analyze the country's official media that the Web template behind korea-dpr.com is readily available to anyone willing to shell out 15 bucks. The site features an animated, rotating photo banner depicting various images of life in the reclusive Asian country that should crash your Flash plug-in within the first 30 seconds if you're lucky. Guess even nuclear powers have to bargain-shop from time to time.
Should a country with nuclear weapons have a better website?
