The Norwegian government is totally down with folks smoking heroin

The Norwegian government wants to legalize smoking heroin. And, no, this is not a desperate bid to be hipper than the U.S., as the states move toward a soft approach on cannabis. According to the country's health minister the move is designed to reduce the number of overdoses from injecting the drug (which, although illegal, is tolerated and catered for with injecting rooms). "The number of fatal overdoses is too high and I would say it's shameful for Norway," said Jonas Gahr Stoere.
