He had an army of campaign staffers and volunteers help him regain the White House, and he took time to thank them for their efforts in this viral address. The normally cool-headed president was so grateful he even shed a tear — skip to around the 3:30 mark to see Obama well up as he tells his team, "I'm really proud of all of you."
